FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Audiovox Corporation to File Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q Late HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Audiovox Corporation (Nasdaq: VOXXE) today announced that it would not timely file its Form 10-Q for the fiscal first quarter ended February 28, 2003. As previously announced, the company has not filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended November 30, 2002 due to the Company's continuing effort to respond to and clarify matters raised in comment letters received from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on prior Form 10-K and 10-Q filings.
