Since our initial public offering in 1987, we have not declared or paid any cash or stock dividends on our common stock, nor do we expect to pay any dividends on our common stock for the foreseeable future. The payment of dividends in the future will depend upon our earnings, operations, capital requirements, financial condition and other factors deemed relevant by the board of directors. The payment of any dividends is restricted by our current bank credit facility.
