How can I acquire an annual report?: Annual reports can be downloaded in PDF format from this website using the Annual Report link. Form 10-K's and Form 10-Q's can be viewed or printed by using the SEC Filings link also on this website. All documents can also be acquired by using the online request form, on this site or by contacting the company's investor relations representatives by visiting the Contact Us section.

What is VOXX International's dividend policy?: Since our initial public offering in 1987, we have not declared or paid any cash or stock dividends on our common stock, nor do we expect to pay any dividends on our common stock for the foreseeable future. The payment of dividends in the future will depend upon our earnings, operations, capital requirements, financial condition and other factors deemed relevant by the board of directors. The payment of any dividends is restricted by our current bank credit facility.
